If you receive an Invalid PINa error message, do not know, or forgot your PIN, take the following steps:
- Tap Forgot PIN?1
- Enter your account Email2 , then tap Send email3. Tap OK4 in the Email Sent message that will populate, confirming that you will receive an email containing your PIN if an address is found to be associated with your Aspire user account.
- You will receive your current PIN via email from noreply@youraspire.com.
Keep in Mind
- You must contact your administrator to change the PIN associated with your user settings.
- You will not receive an alert that your email is valid or invalid. So be sure you have entered the correct information.
- You must be online to reset your PIN using the Aspire Mobile app.
