Article summary

Update the route on the Daily Plan or the Ticket Schedule landing screen to filter information on the Calendar or Tickets screen to be displayed based on your route(s) or another route you can access. If you select a route that differs from your route, the selected route will remain the default route for the next 24 hours, even if you log out and back into your account.

Keep in mind

  • Updating the route on the Daily Plan screen will also update the route on the Ticket Schedule screen and vice versa. By default, you will see all the routes accessible to you within your branch. You will see the routes available for the entire branch if you have all-branch access. Use the route selected to update the selection to a route other than your own to which you have access. 

Selecting a route 

Take the following steps to update the selected Route: 

  1. Use the route selector in the upper right corner of the landing screen to open the Select Route screen.
  2. Select the chosen route. 
  3. Select the Back arrow to navigate back to the landing screen.
    1. The name of the chosen route will reflect on the blue picker on the landing screen.
