Crew leader clock out

By selecting Time from the bottom navigation bar, you can clock yourself and your crew members out as a crew leader on the Time Tracking screen. You will see the clock out status of crew members working on your route for the day.
Time tracking
- Time - select to go to the Time Tracking screen to clock in or clock out.
- Crew leader - separate section for you to clock out.
- Crew members - the list includes crew members who logged in from your device previously and those who logged in to Aspire Mobile from their device, selected your route, and can either be clocked out or in depending on their current status.
- Hours Worked - displays time worked before the last clock out.
- Clock Out - select Clock out to start recording time for yourself or the listed crew members for your route.
- The time at which you confirm the Clock out is the end time that is reflected on Time Entry.
- Clock out selected crew members by choosing Clock Out next to the crew member's name. This option will only be available when crew members are clocked in.
- If configured by your company, you can report lunch for your crew members by selecting the Report Lunch option in the top portion of your screen. Note that this selection will not log you out it will only log the time you spent at lunch during your shift.
- Clock out all - select to clock out all members scheduled for the day for Lunch or the End of day at the same time. This option is available if you are offline. After making this selection, you can uncheck crew members you do not want to clock out.
- Clock in - clock in appears after a clock-out was successfully submitted.
Refreshing time tracking screen
- You can pull in new data by refreshing the time tracking screen online. The refresh will occur in the background so you can navigate away from the screen if needed. New, modified, and deleted time entries since your last sync should be pushed to your device once the refresh is completed.
- You will see a prompt to either Cancel or Discard if you have input information on the Clock Out form and attempt to navigate away from the form before submitting the time.
Lunch
When your company has a minimum lunch period, you are notified that you are clocking in without consent from the company when you attempt to clock in before the minimum lunch period ends.
Overnight visits
You will automatically be clocked out at 11:59 pm and clocked back in at 12:00 am during your overnight visits.
Administrator: Configure a minimum lunch period at the system level
With aSystem Admin Permission , use these steps to set up a minimum lunch period:
- Go to Administration.
- Select Configuration.
- Choose Time Reporting.
- Specify a time in minutes under the Minutes that need to elapse between clock out and clock in. Otherwise give an early return from lunch warning.
- Select Save.
End of the day clock out
- After selecting Clock Out, select End of day from the Clock out message. You will then be prompted to complete configured clock out and time attestation forms.
- The Time Attestation form can be configured so that all crew members are required to agree or disagree that all required breaks were taken properly.
- Suppose you elect to disagree with the Time Attestation statement. In that case, you will then see an additional statement asserting that you were prevented from taking a break due to work-related issues and that you will report this to your manager.
- After completing the end-of-day forms, you are redirected to review your time and agree to the hours worked. If you select agree, you are successfully clocked out, and the time will stop.
Time review
The time review section of the clock-out process allows you to agree to the time worked or disagree/modify your time if it is inaccurate.
- The Time Review Attestation Prompt and theAllow Clock Time Editing in Crew Mobile features must be enabled before you can edit your time in Aspire Mobile. Otherwise, you can only agree or disagree with the logged hours.
