Logging in with an email & password

Use your email and password credentials to sign in when your device is online. You will only see the option to Login with PIN if you are offline. 

After selecting Login with email, enter the Email¹, Password¹, and Company name¹ associated with your Aspire user account and select Login² . 

• You can select the eye icon^a on the right of the Enter password field to view the typed characters. The characters will be masked as you type by default to enhance security.   
• To Login with PIN instead, select the back arrow^c icon to go back to the login screen to see the option. 
• Select Forgot Password?^c to update your password.

Keep in Mind 

• Logging in with your email is available when offline, but you will receive an error message if you attempt to log in using this method.
