Open issues

As a crew leader, access the Open Issues assigned to you selecting Issuesa from the Navigation Menu. You can also access the open issues for a specific work ticket from the work ticket details on the Ticket Schedule.
Keep in mind:
Open Issues are filtered in alphabetical order by property name.
The propertyb selected will remain for 24 hours.
You can filter the issues by Property name. All ticketsc are displayed by default.
All displayed issuesa are sorted alphabetically by Property name for ease of navigation.
After selecting an open issue from the Issues list, you can:
add comments.
add photo attachments.
resolve the issue by selecting Mark as Complete.
Creating a new issue
Create a new issue for a work ticket.
In Aspire Mobile, tap the Tickets icon in the bottom navigation bar. Select the appropriate ticket to open the Work Ticket Details screen.
Tap Open Issues.
Tap the +a button to access the Add New Issue screen.
Tap Issue Subject and select a subject from the list. Tap the arrow in the top left corner to return to the Add New Issue screen.
Enter a description of the issue in the textbox.
Optional: You can take a photo or upload an image from the Photos app on your device.
Once all the issue information is updated, tap Add Issue to add a new issue record to the work ticket.
The Open Issues list now displays the newly created issue record.
Tip
Even offline, crew leaders can report issues directly to the work ticket. These issues are stored in a queue and are accessible from the Issues tab in the bottom navigation bar, even without internet connectivity.
Issue details overview
This is an overview of what you will see after selecting an issue.
Issue Subject - subject created by the author of the issue
Issue # - unique issue identifier
Mark as complete - select to resolve an issue
Add comment - select to go to the add a comment screen
Comment - view of existing comments.
Adding a comment to an issue
Select the open issue from the issues or work details screen to add a comment to an issue.
Tap on Add comment.
Add New Comment screen will appear so that you can write a comment and/or upload an image.
You can take a photo or upload an image from the photos app on your device.
4. Select Add comment to save and be directed back to the Open Issues screen.
Tip
You can add comments and complete issues even while offline.
Resolve a comment
Indicate acknowledgment of a comment by marking it as complete after you have selected the issue from the Open Issues screen.
Keep in Mind
You cannot leave a comment once an issue is marked as complete.
You do not need to leave a comment before marking a ticket as complete.
The completed status of an issue will also appear in the Aspire application.
You can only view issues associated with work tickets from Yesterday, Today, or Tomorrow when you are offline.
