Request equipment service

You can request service for in-service equipment assigned to your route by selecting the Navigation Menu and then Request Equipment Service from the panel.
- This equipment add-on feature will only be displayed in the navigation panel for companies with access.
Request equipment service form
Equipment
This field lets you choose an item assigned to your route from the Select Equipment screen. Each item will display the Equipment Namea, Equipment Modelb, and Asset Numberc .
Once selected, the item will be highlighted in blue and display a checkmark icon. Select the back arrow after selecting equipment. This is a required field.
Service tags
Service Tags for Equipment created by a company administrator in the Aspire app are listed in this section so that you can attach one service to the request.
Keep in Mind
- Only one service tag per request can be selected.
- Once selected, the tag will be highlighted in blue and display a checkmark icon. Select the back arrow after selecting a service tag.
- Required field.
Notes
Leave notes and specific instructions to be seen by the service scheduler or the maintenance worker. This information is displayed in the Service Log section of the Equipment module.
Send request
Select Send request to submit the service request and be directed back to the Daily Plan screen.
After submitting the service request, the in-office staff at your company can access the service request by choosing the entry for the service request from the Services Due section of the Equipment module. Selecting the service request will open the Service Log to schedule the service.
Back
Select the back icon to cancel the request and be redirected to the home screen.
