Device requirements
You must meet the following device specifications before downloading the Aspire mobile app.

*The latest software version is always recommended for optimal app usage.
Enable location services on your Apple or Android device. There are several features, such as time entry inputs, that require the use of your active location.

Installing the Aspire mobile app on an Apple device
Download the Aspire Mobile app from the App Store.

Download the Aspire Mobile app from the Google Play Store.
Device authorization and authentication
After installing Aspire Mobile, your device must be approved using an automated or manual authentication process during your first sign-in. Manual authentication requires an administrator to approve your device after receiving an approval request via email. Automated authentication takes place when you log into Aspire Mobile. How your device is approved is determined by the configuration set by the administrator at your company.
Authorize your device with email
- Ensure your device is connected to the internet—preferably Wi-Fi over cellular data.
- Tap Authorize with email.
- Use your Aspire account's Email address, Password, and Company Code.
- Create a Device name.
- Tap Authorize.
- After selecting Authorize, if your device requires an administrator's approval, you will see a message stating Request Sent.
- If you need to resend the request, select Refresh.
- You will be prompted to log in again when your device is approved.
- After selecting Authorize, if your device requires an administrator's approval, you will see a message stating Request Sent.
- If Auto Approve Device is enabled, your device will automatically be approved.
- After your first login, you will be prompted to allow Aspire Mobile to access your location.

Enabling auto approve device
You can configure your Aspire system to automatically Authorize a device after a crew member signs in with the correct email and password by taking the following steps in the Aspire application:
- Select Settings > Administration.
- Choose Configuration.
- From the Application subsection, select Auto Approve Device.
- Select Save.
Approving device
As an administrator, you can approve a device in the following way:
- Select Settings > Administration > User Management from the Device submenu, and select the Devices you want to approve.
- Go to the Device Approval email sent by noreply@youraspire.com and follow the instructions.
Reapproving a device
- Apple: Delete the app from your device. If the app synced to your iCloud account, you must also delete the data from iCloud.
- Android: Clear the data and cache for the Aspire Mobile app.
