    Access directions for the property location by selecting the  GPS icon next to the address of your property on the work ticket details screen. You can then use a GPS app on your mobile device to view directions. 

    Keep in mind

    • If the address of the property associated with the work ticket does not exist or is invalid, you will not see the GPS icon.
    • A GPS app will automatically populate if you only have access to one app.  
    • You must have location services enabled.
