Viewing and creating a request

  1. From the Home screen or the menu, select the Requests button. Then select a request to view its details, leave a comment, or upload an attachment.
  2. To create a new request, select Add New Request from the requests list screen.
  3. On the Add New Request screen, fill out the required fields:
    1. Property: Select the property.
    2. Subject: Enter a brief description.
    3. Priority: Choose the priority (High, Normal, Low).
    4. Comment: Provide a detailed description.
      Optional: To add attachments, select Add Attachment, then select up to five files. 
  4. Click Submit Request

The Customer Portal notifies your service contact via email about your request.
