- From the Home screen or the menu, select the Requests button. Then select a request to view its details, leave a comment, or upload an attachment.
- To create a new request, select Add New Request from the requests list screen.
- On the Add New Request screen, fill out the required fields:
- Property: Select the property.
- Subject: Enter a brief description.
- Priority: Choose the priority (High, Normal, Low).
- Comment: Provide a detailed description.
Optional: To add attachments, select Add Attachment, then select up to five files.
- Click Submit Request.
The Customer Portal notifies your service contact via email about your request.
