Crew Mobile Enhancements
Below is a list of the crew mobile enhancements in the 6.14.0 release.
- You can quickly view scheduled visits by date range as a crew member. You will see visits listed in the order they should be completed, followed by a separate section listing the Indirect/Unscheduled Services(Formerly known Indirect Services) in the Schedule section of Crew Mobile. You will find that both sequence and time-based visits display a subheader listing the day and date, and then you will see the following:
- Sequenced-based visits are sorted in the order in which they were scheduled, from the earliest to the latest.
- Time-based visits are sorted by the time at which a visit is scheduled. The scheduled overnight visits will display the time worked spanning both days separately. For example, if you work from 22:00 on Monday to 02:00 on Tuesday, your schedule will display that you have a visit taking place on Monday from 22:00 to 23:59 and 00:00 to 02:00 on Tuesday.
Take the following steps to observe these new updates:
- Log in to Crew Mobile.
- Select Schedule.
- Select a Route.
- Choose a Date Range.
- Today
- Tomorrow
- This Week
- Next Week
- Yesterday / Today
You will then notice that the day of the week, Date, Start Time, and End Time are all listed in a subheader at the top of the screen for time-based visits, and the day of the week and Date are listed in the subheaded for sequence visits. Indirect and unscheduled visits will be under a separate header near the bottom of the screen. As a crew member, you can view your weekly schedule before starting your work day regardless of whether you use the Today, Yesterday/Today, Tomorrow, This Week, or Next Week.
- Once a work ticket visit is completed or if a job is not active but has time allocated during the day, it will be moved to the bottom of the list in the Schedule view.
