Properties 

Display Snow Operation Notes 

  • 💭Snow Operations Visibility in Property Search: Based on user feedback, we've expanded the Property advanced search list to include Snow Operations Notes. Now, you can edit advanced search so that Snow Operations Notes are visible directly within search results, eliminating the need for individual property drill-downs and providing all relevant information at a glance.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Properties module.
  2. Select the Filter or Display button.
  3. Select Snow Operations Notes from the Field Name drop-down list and input your parameters. 
  4. Apply your changes.

Purchasing 

💭Daily Plan Report 

You can now use the Daily Plan Report to select and print out one pick ticket per work ticket instead of an entire print-to-screen report showing the work tickets of an entire crew using a Bulk Action that gives you the option to print out a daily plan for the day you have selected using the date picker.  



Keep in mind 

  • It's important to note that you need View Purchasing permission to access the Daily Plan Report. To make any changes, you'll need the Edit Daily Plan Report permission.

💭Purchasing Assistant 

You can now easily print out a report of items allocated from inventory from the purchasing assistant. To do so, choose the items to add to your receipt, select Allocation from Inventory from the Bulk Actions menu, and click Save and Print. This new feature allows supervising teams to track and approve items pulled from inventory.

💭Work Ticket Item Sourcing Report 

The following Improvements have been made to the work ticket item sourcing report: 

  • The date now reflects the Scheduled Date of work tickets instead of the start date of an opportunity.  
  • To prevent you from changing your report filters every time you navigate away from this report, the criteria you select after clicking Update Report Filters will remain once saved until you decide to update and save new filtering criteria.
  •   The sorting and grouping functions have been updated so item names are grouped by property and sorted alphabetically. 

Keep in mind 


You will need the View Reports or View Work Ticket Item Sourcing permission to view this report. 

Scheduling 

Bulk Remove Default Routes 

Bulk Removal of Default Routes in Schedule an Event: As an Ops Manager, you can now efficiently remove default routes in Schedule an Event using a new bulk action feature. You can select multiple lines via checkboxes and delete routes in one go, with a confirmation modal to review selections before finalizing removals.

Requirements

  • You must have the View Routes permission enabled. 

Steps

  1. Go to the Scheduling module. 
  2. Click on the three-dot menu. 
  3. Select Schedule an Event
  4. Select the default routes that you want to remove.
  5. Click on the Bulk Actions menu and select Delete Default Routes.
  6. Confirm or Cancel your changes.

Display Primary Vehicle 

Primary Vehicle Display in Manage Routes: As an Ops Manager, you can also view and filter the Primary Vehicle directly within the Manage Routes modal, eliminating the need for individual route checks. This update also allows you to select multiple routes per vehicle, enhancing overall navigation within the route manager.

Requirements

  • You must have the View Routes permission enabled. 

Steps

  1. Go to the Scheduling module. 
  2. Click on the three-dot menu. 
  3. Select Manage Routes
  4. Select the Filter or Display button. 
  5. Select Primary Vehicle from the Field Name drop-down list and input your parameters.
  6. Apply your changes.
