6.27.0 CRM Enhancements


image.png This release includes a range of enhancements inspired by client feedback, designed to heighten your experience using the Aspire desktop application.

Administration

Administrators can now make Email a required field on the Contact screen, Locality required on the Property screen, and Lead Source required on the Opportunity screen. These updates improve data consistency and reporting accuracy across core business areas. See Required Fields for more information.

Opportunities

When copying an opportunity, you can now choose to clear the Start Date and End Date fields. This helps prevent errors and ensures copied opportunities reflect accurate timelines. Select Creating Estimates with Templates to learn more.

New option to clear Opportunity Start and End Date

Customer Portal 2.0

  • The Publish to Customer Portal option on print and email screens is now deselected by default. This reduces extra clicks for teams that don’t regularly share documents through Customer Portal 2.0. The checkbox only displays when invoices or proposals are enabled in Customer Portal 2.0 settings.

  • Visit note photos are now visible in the Customer Portal 2.0 under Visit notes. Customers can preview recent job photos at a glance, making it easier to see recent work and understand service history. Photos display only when visit notes are published to the portal.
