Dynamic item search
Quickly find items throughout Aspire by searching with key words instead of their exact names. Any screen you can search for items on displays a list of items with that key word, helping you locate materials efficiently.
Visit Report
Improve customer satisfaction with the new Visit Report layout, available from the Web Report Designer. Customize your report to include a list of services performed and any visit notes marked for release.

The following features are currently part of Aspire’s early access program. They aren’t generally available yet, but your teams can request access by contacting your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Approval workflows for high-value purchase receipts
Add approval steps for Purchase Receipts above a set dollar amount before they’re received using the new Purchasing workflow. Larger purchases are sent to the right branch manager or office staff for review, helping prevent unexpected costs and keep spending in check. Timeline view
This feature expands the property side panel with addition of a Property Timeline tab, and shows visits or activities scheduled for the property. This helps you quickly understand what’s happened and what’s coming up for a property. You can also view Invoice actions, recorded payments, Visits and Site Audits from this tab.
About the cowboy hat icon (YAWL)
The cowboy hat marks features that come directly from customer requests. YAWL means "you asked, we listened." When you see this icon in the release notes, it highlights an improvement based on real-world feedback. Unless otherwise noted, these features are included for all users as part of the release.
