NPS-driven enhancements

This release includes several improvements prioritized through Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback. We value your input and are committed to continuously refining Aspire to better support your teams and workflows:

  • New row actions menu and improved kit visibility: A new action menu on the Item Catalog Search List provides quick access to common tasks, and a new View Kits option opens a side panel to show which kits include that item for faster management.

  • EOM Checklist enhancements: Several updates have been made to the EOM Checklist to improve usability and navigation. You can now expand or collapse all subtasks using the caret icon, and the module card screen remembers your position after an edit. You can also delete unnecessary checklists from the action menu (...) and add new lists to the Revenue Variance subtask. For more information, see the EOM Checklist article.

  • Prevent approval for mobile time conflicts: If a Mobile Clock Time Conflict or Mobile Work Ticket Time Conflict exists for an employee during Weekly Time Review, the approval checkbox is removed, preventing time approval. The employee's name is highlighted in red, and a specific warning message displays to ensure accuracy before approval. For more information on resolving these conflicts, see the Weekly time review screen article.

Visit Reminder Delivery Time expanded to 1 to 31 days in advance

You can now schedule visit reminders anywhere from 1 to 31 days before a visit. This gives you more control to match communication timing with service needs, especially for work that requires advance notice like chemical applications or concrete pours. For more information, see the Visit Reminders article.

Inova integration

Aspire’s Inova integration now supports Accruals 2.0. Employees at companies using Inova's latest accrual system can view their up-to-date time off balances directly on their contact record in Aspire. Select Inova integration to learn more about the integration.

SMS marketing campaign support for Marketing Pro

You can now run SMS marketing campaigns in the Marketing Pro integration for Aspire, powered by ServiceTitan. This feature lets you create, target, and send messages to opted-in contacts directly from Marketing Pro, using cleaner, more complete data from Aspire.

When syncing to Marketing Pro, Aspire now:

  • Formats mobile numbers to the standard international format: + [country code] [area code and subscriber number] for reliable SMS delivery. Invalid numbers are skipped.

  • Syncs contacts with a first and last name, even if no email address is provided.

In Aspire, marketing activity from SMS campaigns now appears as a new SMS activity type, so you can track outreach alongside other customer touchpoints.

For setup instructions, opt-in requirements, and best practices, see Key workflows > Marketing campaigns in the ServiceTitan Marketing Pro Knowledge Base.

Improved statement delivery options

You can now email invoice statements to the Property Billing Contact, Email Invoice Contact, or Primary Contact for added flexibility. For more information, see the Print statement screen and Bulk Email Invoice screen subsections in the Introduction to the Receivables tab article.

Visit Reminder notification type expanded to email

You can now send visit reminders by email in addition to SMS. This provides a new way to communicate with customers who prefer email over SMS notifications. For more information, see the the Using Email Notifications article.

The cowboy hat marks features that come directly from customer requests. YAWL means "you asked, we listened."
