What is the Idea Portal?
Aspire gathers product feedback and ideas from customers in many ways. The Idea Portal is one more way you can:
Share your opinion on customer-requested features by voting and commenting.
Submit your own ideas to improve Aspire products and functionality. A submitted idea is often called an enhancement request.
Tip: Before you submit a new idea, look through existing ideas and enhancement requests. Someone might have already submitted it.
Who has access to the Idea Portal?
The Idea Portal is available to users who:
Have graduated from implementation.
Are identified as company sponsors.
Company sponsors are typically assigned at graduation. If your company doesn't have a company sponsor, contact AspireCare.
Where is the Idea Portal?
Company sponsors can open the Idea Portal from the Aspire Resource Center. Select the question mark icon, and then select Idea/Voting. The Idea Portal opens in a new browser tab.
What happens after you submit an idea?
When you submit an idea or enhancement request, only you can see it.
Aspire staff regularly review submissions. If Aspire accepts your idea, it becomes visible to all portal users, who can vote on it so it's considered for a future product release.

Voting | Can I vote for an idea more than once? | No. You can vote for each idea once, but you can vote for as many different ideas as you like. |

Idea status definitions
Each idea or enhancement request has a status that shows where it is in the review process. The following table describes each status.
