Time Entry Enhancements

This release is geared to get you winter-ready. Client feedback inspired a complete revamp of the Time Entry screen to help you swiftly allocate drive time and identify Snow Division work tickets. Although inspired by the snow division, these enhancements will improve workflows across all divisions. 

Sales Pipeline Insight KPI Widget

 Add the new Sales Pipeline KPI widget to the Aspire Dashboard for an overview of your sales progress based on the current status of your opportunities. 

GPS Tracking Enhancements 

Use filterable tracker-type visual indicators on the Equipment Location Search screen to easily spot your trackable equipment items on a map. 

Geofence Enhancements

Automatically update all valid geofences synced between Aspire and supported GPS providers.

 Multiple Paycodes 

Now you can add more than one default pay code to an opportunity service and associate them with the pay schedule of different employee types so that when employees clock into a job containing the service, the pay code that defaults on the time entry screen will be based on the pay schedule associated with their contact record.

Accounting Integration Enhancements

Identify and categorize Divisions and Service Types when mapping out your accounting integrations with Aspire using new integration code fields that can be added to division and service type lists.
