The Contacts Search List screen provides a Bulk Actions menu. Actions selected from this menu are applied to all contacts selected by placing a check in their checkboxes. The Bulk Actions menu is only displayed if the logged-in user’s role has the Mass Email Contacts permission.

Bulk Email Contacts
Selecting this option displays the Email screen adding the selected users to the To field. This screen allows the user to send an email to the selected contacts. The emails are individually sent so recipients will not see other’s email addresses. The email screen behaves like the standard email screen allowing the Regarding field, tokens in the subject field, and supporting attachments. Any attachments added are sent to all recipients.
Send Customer Portal Invite
Selecting this option displays the Bulk Email Customer Portal Invitation screen adding the selected users to the To field. This screen allows the user to send a bulk invitation to customers they wish to invite to use the Customer Portal. It is further described in the section, Inviting Customers to the Portal.


Add/Remove Tags
Selecting Add/Remove Tags allows the user to select one or more tags that should be added or removed from all selected contacts.
