Rescheduling Visits in Bulk
What’s New
The new Bulk Reschedule Visits feature provides increased flexibility for rescheduling by allowing you to efficiently adjust work tickets that depend on a visit that requires rescheduling. This feature allows you to reschedule all affected visits simultaneously using a rescheduling assistant.
It applies to work ticket visits within an opportunity for sequenced and time-based visits. With just a few clicks, you can manage all your rescheduling tasks while retaining critical information such as route assignments, visit duration, and unavailable days, ensuring a smooth transition and avoiding unnecessary conflicts. Additionally, you can include all days or exclude Weekends and Fridays for scheduling availability.

Rescheduling Task Tool: This tool helps you select applicable work ticket visits after designating the first visit to reschedule. It automates rescheduling options that recognize availability constraints and route assignments, making the rescheduling process more efficient and reducing the likelihood of errors.
Requirements
To use this feature, you need to activate the following permissions:
: Allows you to view and interact with the schedule board.
Bulk Reschedule Visits: Grants access to the reschedule visits feature. After activation, you can right-click on eligible visits on the schedule board to access the Reschedule Visits option.
Accessing the Reschedule Visits Feature
Select the Schedule Board from the Main Menu.
Navigate to the day containing the first visit that needs rescheduling, right-click, and select Reschedule Visits.
Keep in Mind
You will not see this feature if:
You do not have the required permissions.
The visit is on a recurring schedule.
It is classified as a Quick or As Needed visit.
The visit occurred before today’s date.
Using the Reschedule Visits Tool
Choose a new date for the first selected visit in the rescheduling tool.
Select the work tickets associated with the visits you must move to accommodate the new visit date. You will then see a preview showing the updated dates to the right of each visit within a selected work ticket.
Routes and times will remain the same for all visits.
By default, you cannot remove the work ticket for the first rescheduled visit since it is the reason for the bulk rescheduling.
All visits within a selected work ticket are rescheduled together.
Save your changes after making your selections.
After saving, you can only make more visit changes after the rescheduling process is complete. Refresh the schedule board after a few minutes to view updates.
A message stating Reschedule processing… will appear on the visit title on the schedule board to indicate that the process is ongoing.

Will using this tool change the routes of my visits?
No, this feature retains the same visit routes.
How can I verify the route name of a visit using the feature panel?
Hover over a visit in the panel to quickly view the route name, route manager, property, and service abbreviation.
What happens to equipment associated with a rescheduled visit?
Equipment is removed from visits to prevent scheduling conflicts when using this feature.
