Crew Mobile - Create New Ticket Visibility
What's New?
With access to the schedule board and the permission to Edit Route or View Route enabled under your Aspire account, you can control who within the Crew Mobile app can create a new ticket in the application by either restricting or allowing the visibility of the Create New Ticket button in the Crew Mobile app.
Requirements
- Read-only or full access to the Schedule Board.
- Enable View New Ticket Button in Crew Mobile.
- Must have View Routes permission.
How to Enable or Disable Feature
- Go to the Scheduling module.
- Click on the More Actions menu.
- Select Manage Routes.
- Choose a Route.
- Select the Show New Ticket box to allow crew leaders the option to create new tickets in Crew Mobile.
If a user does not see this option in Crew Mobile that means that the function is not enabled for their route in Crew Mobile.
- Uncheck the Show New Ticket box to hide the option to create new tickets in the Crew Mobile app.
