6.15.0 Geofence Integration Enhancements 

What’s New?

• Automatically update all valid geofences synced between Aspire and supported GPS providers (Fleetsharp or Azuga) by selecting Update Geofences on the Aspire GPS Integration screen. 
• Receive a prompt to sync geofence changes made at the property level after changing the GEO perimeter value on the property details screen. 
  

Requirements 

• You must Enable Aspire GPS Integration . 
• You must have Azuga, Fleetsharp, or Azuga and Fleetsharp integrated with Aspire. 
• A geofence can only occur for properties with a valid address associated with a Won Opportunity.
• Currently, Aspire only supports GPS integrations with Fleetsharp and Azuga. 

Using the Geofence Button

Follow the steps below to update geofences in bulk automatically. 

1. Go to the Administration menu. 
2. Select Configuration. 
3. Choose Aspire GPS Integration. 
4. Select Update Geofences.  
5. You will then be prompted to Confirm and schedule the sync.
   1. Once the sync is in progress, the Aspire GPS Integration screen is disabled until the process completes. Update Geofence will be grayed out until the process completes. 
   2. Once completed,  the Last updated mark beneath Update Geofence will reflect the date of the most recent sync.

Updating Geofence Using the Geoperimeter Value 

Now, you will receive a prompt to update the geofence values in the integrated GPS software you are using with Aspire every time you update the GEO Perimeter value of a Property. By taking these steps: 

1. Go to the Properties advanced search list screen. 
2. Select a Property. 
3. Select Edit Property from the more actions menu to the Properties. 
4. Update the value in the GEO Perimeter field. 
5. Save.  
6. Click Yes in the prompt to update the geofence for the property. 

Accessing GPS Integration from the Time Reporting Screen 

Quickly access the GPS Integration section of Aspire from the Time Reporting screen of the Administration menu by selecting the GPS Integration link below the Default GEO Perimeter. After selecting the link, you will be directed to the Aspire GPS Integration section of the Administration menu so that you can update geofences. This link will be disabled when a geofence is scheduled or in progress. 

• You will only see this option if GPS Integration is enabled.
