6.23.0 CRM Improvements 



This release includes a range of improvements inspired by client feedback designed to heighten your experience using the Aspire desktop application.

Opportunities

  • Perform bulk actions on lost opportunities and define the Opportunity Lost Reason using the updated Set Opportunity to Lost modal.
  • The Lost Reason field is now Lost Reason Note, preserving historical data while providing a dedicated space for notes on lost opportunities.
  • Filter, group, sort, and display opportunities by Opportunity Lost Reason.
  • You can now take action more quickly within an opportunity approval email by selecting a link to ViewApprove, or Deny an opportunity. When you choose the View option, a read-only page will display the details of the opportunity. 
    • You must have the View Opportunities permission enabled in your user role to view, approve, or deny an opportunity. 

Quick Menu

When hovering over a selectable Property or Opportunity, a hand cursor will appear as a visual cue for clickability.  Also, previous property and opportunity selections now have a highlight, bookmarking what you have chosen before should you navigate away from your selections. 

Both updates apply to the following sections of Aspire:  

  • Activity  
  • New Activity  
  • New Appointment  
  • New Task  
  • New Issue  
  • New Email  
  • New Milestone  
  • New Credit Memo  

Reports

  • To improve work ticket tracking and organization, we added two new fields to the Work Ticket Transaction ReportDevice Name and Account Owner. You can use these fields to sort, filter, or group information within the report. 
  • The Opportunity Ops Manager field is now a part of the Invoiced Revenue to Cost and Scheduling Event reports, enabling you to use these options to sort, filter, group, or search within the report. 
  • Track Opportunity Lost Reason on the Opportunity Audit report.
  • New Time Adjustment Notes are recorded in:
    • Clock Time Report (Standard Reports)
    • Clock Time Audit (Standard Reports)
    • Clock Time Audit (Weekly Time Review)


Site Audits 

  • We have enhanced site audit tag management to capture and save Category and Image tags reliably. You can confidently press Enter or select Save, knowing you will keep your changes. 
  • Exported site audit emails will now include the Property Name and Audit Date directly in the subject line so you can have a smoother experience managing site audits. 


Work Tickets

The company name associated with each employee contact record will now be visible on the weekly time review page. This information allows you to filter, display, sort, or group employee time entries by company.
