  • The company logo will be used by default if no branch logo is available.
    Tip:
To add a logo, go to Administration:
    • Branch logo: Navigate to Organization > Branches, select a branch, and upload a logo.
    • Company logo: Go to Configuration > Company and upload your company logo.

πŸ’‘Branch name updates for SMS and email notifications:

  • SMS opt-in message: You can now display the Branch Name in SMS opt-in messages on the Notification Settings Search List screen, improving clarity and brand consistency for your customers.
  • SMS auto-reply message: You can also include the Branch Name in SMS auto-reply messages.
  • Bulk actions for SMS and email: Bulk actions are now available to set the Branch Name for SMS opt-in, auto-reply, and Work Ticket Complete emails.
  • Issue emails: In the Administration > Application > Issues section, you can opt to include the Branch Name in issue emails. This ensures your issue communications stay on-brand and are easily associated with the correct branch.
Tip:
Before enabling these features, make sure you set a Branch on your customer Contact screens. This ensures that notifications are assigned to the correct branch and prevents any mismatches in branch or company names.
