Displaying Context Information on the Change Order

Clicking on the change order displays the blank work order ready for you to apply the desired changes. Aspire provides a drop-down at the top of the Estimate screen for work order changes that allow you to switch between only seeing the current change order, and being able to see change order details in the context of work orders and changes that have already been won.

Note that when Current Change Order / Change Order Details is selected, Aspire displays the service for the original work order and labels it “v.0”.

To apply the changes desired by the customer, you first create the change to remove the three Azaleas from the front yard. Select copy to display a confirmation dialog, this will create a new version of the service labeled “v.1” with a duplicate of the item for six azaleas. Change the quantity of 6 to -3 representing the removal of three azaleas from the backyard.
