Aspire provides the ability to synchronize your email and calendar with Microsoft 365 or Google Mail servers. This synchronization must be set up for each Aspire user who needs it. Synchronization is established on the Sync tab of the User screen. Email and calendar synchronization must be established by logging into your account and selecting the User Settings option on the User menu in the Aspire Navigation bar. This will display the User screen. Incoming mail from your synced account can be found on the Activities screen located on the To-Do List of the Dashboard.

The article Syncing an Employees Email explains how to sync an employee’s email and calendar. Emails that are sent from Aspire will go out through the Gmail or Outlook 365 account and will show up in their sent folder.
Contact Mass Mailings with Aspire and MailChimp
