How Time is Entered

Aspire provides two methods for entering the time crew members spend completing work tickets.

• Crew members can clock in on mobile devices in the field using the Crew Mobile App, and then the crew leader can start and stop time spent on specific tasks so that time is properly allocated to work tickets.
• Office staff can use the Time Entry screen to adjust entries made by crew members or to enter time for crew members who did not record time using the Crew Mobile App.
