    Initiating the Change Order

    You initiate the change order from the Work Order screen by selecting the Add Change Order option from the More drop-down menu.

    This will launch a new change order screen where you can enter the service information. 

    Note:

    Once you have created a change order, the options menu no longer appears on the Opportunity Detail screen. Once change orders exist on the work order, you must drill into the specific change to access the drop-down menu.
