Full Desktop Interface - For running the full-featured system on a desktop computer, laptop/notebook computer, or large tablet. The following image shows the initial screen of the full desktop interface after you have logged into the system. | |
Full Mobile Interface – Provides a subset of key device operational features with a smaller form factor. Aspire automatically displays this user interface instead of the full desktop interface if the device's screen resolution or browser window is less than 767 pixels wide (e.g., smartphones). | |
Crew Mobile App – Mobile app interface designed for specific functions of landscape crew members in the field for use on a mobile phone or tablet. This app is mainly used for reporting time as crew members clock in and out daily, recording their time, and reporting time spent on specific jobs. | |
Subcontractor Portal–The Aspire Subcontractor Portal provides an interface allowing subcontractors to manage and report work they perform on behalf of the company. Specifically, subcontractors can perform the following functions: | |

Customer Portal – Aspire provides a Customer Portal that allows customers web access to their proposals, invoices, and issues. Aspire has allowed companies to brand the customer portal using their company logo and choice of color scheme. Before customers can access the Customer Portal, the system administrator must enable it, and company personnel must send email invitations to their customers. |
