Apple modified iOS as of V.13 so that iPads and iPhones display all websites as if they are running on desktop devices. When running in this mode, Aspire cannot determine that a mobile device is in use when adding attachments. Therefore, the camera icon, which should only be displayed on desktop devices, is displayed on the Attachment screens for iOS devices when it should not (iOS provides another method for accessing the camera).
Aspire Desktop users should modify this setting for any Aspire website (i.e., app.youraspire.com) as follows:
- Open Safari and navigate to URL app.youraspire.com
- Hit the AA in the Address bar
- Go to Website Settings
- Turn off Request Desktop Website
- Click Done.
