From Notification Settings, you can configure the settings for the email and SMS notifications that you can send to your customers to communicate important information. Currently, you can arrange to send an email or SMS notification to let your customers know that a work ticket was completed. You can also send out an email notification to remind your customers of appointments. From the notification settings search list screen, you can manage your notification settings at the system and branch levels. A in the Email Enabled or SMS Enabled column indicates that the feature is currently enabled for the individually listed branch.
Screen Element | Description |
Email Notification Enabled | Use this toggle to enable or disable email notifications at the system level. |
SMS Notification Enabled | Use this toggle to enable or disable SMS notifications at the system level. |
Reply to Email (System)* | The responding email address. When your customers receive an email notification, it will appear to be coming from this address. |
Auto-Generated Toll-Free Number | The unique number assigned to your company for SMS message correspondence. |

Edit Branch Notification
To customize notification settings for a specific branch, you can select one of the listed branches and the Edit Branch Notification modal will populate. From this modal, you can then configure notification settings for the specific branch you have selected and click Save to retain your changes.
