Overhead Recovery Drilldown

The Overhead Recovery KPI allows management to see how much overhead has been recovered based on work sold compared to budgeted overhead. The forecast KPI chart provides a separate drill-down list for each bar.

Budget

When you drill into the Budget Bar on the Overhead Recovery KPI chart, Aspire displays a list of the budget estimates by year and by branch, as shown below, comprising the Budget Bar in the chart. The budget is established in the Manage Budget option of Admin.

Projected

When you drill into the Projected Bar on the Overhead Recovery KPI chart, Aspire displays a list of the work tickets that represent the costs to be recovered as represented in the chart.

Each list can be exported to a spreadsheet for additional analysis. It can also be exported as HTML or PDF.
