Property Availability
What’s new?
Schedule visits confidently within viable facility hours. The new property availability feature empowers you to align scheduling objectives by specifying hours of availability for new and existing properties.

Key Features:
Property Working Hours: Define daily availability timeframes for properties.
Advanced Search Options: View property availability information at a glance by adding property availability as a display field on the property advanced search page or use the new bulk action to set availability for multiple properties at once.
Manage in Bulk: Digest large sets of information using the new Availability endpoint or gather information in bulk using the new Property Availability import template.
Requirements
You will need these permissions under your user role to fully leverage this feature:
Edit Properties to add and update property availability.
Managing property availability
You can define property availability by going to the More Actions menu in the upper right corner of a property and selecting Edit Property. Then, navigate to the Availability subsection to the right of the map preview on this page.
Once you are in the Availability section of the page, select Add to Availability and define the start/end times, marking availability for the day(s) you select. Use these steps to define the hours of operation for properties.
Single property
Choose Properties from the Main Menu.
Click on the listed property.
Select the More Actions (…) menu and choose Edit Property.
Select days (e.g., Monday, Tuesday) for which to add or change availability.
Click the clock button in the Start Time field and define the opening hour. Then, select the clock button in the End Time field and define the closing hour.
elect the green highlighted Add button.
Keep in mind:
You will not be able to add time if:
Times overlap. For example, the start time is after the end time.
Only a start or end time is provided.
Multiple properties
Go to Main Menu > Properties > Bulk Actions > Set Property Availability.
Select properties.
Define times for the day.
Save.
Keep in mind:
Undefined days are marked as unavailable.
Taking this bulk action replaces existing availability for selected days.
Importing property availability
Download the updated Property import template by taking these steps:
Go to Settings > Administration > Imports > Property.
Click on Download Example.
Fill in the day of the week cells with the correct start and end time.
Upload file.
Keep in mind:
The import fails if:
There are missing start or end times for a day. Days must include both a start and end time. If there is no defined time, both the start and end time cells should remain blank.
The time format is incorrect. The format should be 00:00AM or 00:00PM.
Times overlap. The start time is after the end time, or the end time is before the start time.
Viewing property availability
You can see property availability on the following pages:
Property: See servicing hours listed in the tabbed section.
Edit Property: Set hours of availability.
Property Advanced Search: Add Availability display column and/or set property availability in bulk.
Property Side Panel (if enabled):
Click View More if there are more than seven listed time frames.
Undefined Availability: Shows as -- in side panels.
API Integration Updates
A new Availability endpoint supporting the following methods are now available via the External Aspire API.
GET - Retrieve availability data.
POST - Add new availability.
