Setting up Crew Mobile to Record Equipment Usage

Aspire provides the ability in the Crew Mobile App for crew leaders to record readings from the usage meter on equipment. Before crews can begin reporting equipment meter readings in Aspire, the system administrator must perform the following configuration:

1. For each equipment model from which the crew will provide meter readings, specify the meter type, hours, or miles.
2. Specify the timing for meter readings to determine if/when crew leaders will be prompted to enter meter readings in the Crew Mobile App. Readings can be collected never, daily, per job, or on a chosen day of the week.
3. Only equipment assets that are assigned to the route of the crew leader will be displayed by default in the list provided in the Crew Mobile App. A route can be assigned to an equipment asset on the Equipment tab of the Equipment screen. A crew leader can be assigned to a route on the Route tab of the Route screen.
