Enable Bulk Issues

Enable or Disable Bulk New Issues 

After completing a Site Audit, you can increase the efficiency of your post-completion workflow by using the Enable Bulk Issues feature. The Bulk New Issues feature controls whether or not the Create New Issues modal will automatically appear once you select the option to Complete a site audit. Within this modal, you can add multiple images at once to include in an issue that is created from your site audit. 

Enabling Bulk New Issues at the System Level

1. Go to the Administration menu. 

2. Click on Application under the Configuration menu. 

3. Select Enable Bulk Issues to automate the Create New Issues modal once your Site Audit is completed. 

OR

Deselect Enable Bulk Issue if you do not need this modal to automatically populate after a site audit is complete. 

4. Save your changes.  

 Enabling Bulk New Issues at the Branch Level 

1. Go to the Administration menu. 

2. Click on Branches under the Organization section of the Administration menu. 

3. Click on a branch from the search list. 

4. Select Enable Bulk Issues to automate the Create New Issues modal once your Site Audit is completed. 

OR

Deselect Enable Bulk Issue if you do not want this modal to automatically populate after a site audit is complete. 

5. Save changes. 

Using the Create New Issues Modal 

Once Enable Bulk Issues is selected, the Create an Issue modal will then automatically populate when you Complete a site audit. When Enable Bulk Issues is disabled, this modal will not automatically populate and you will need to create a new issue by navigating to the Quick Menu. 

Within the Create New Issue modal, you will see the following action buttons at the bottom of the screen: 

1. Cancel - Cancel the completion of the site audit and return back so that you can make more changes. 

2. Skip - Complete the site audit without creating a new issue. 

3. Next - You will be directed to the Issue details screen where you will see the images you selected attached. 

1.  Images that you select to be included in the Create New Issue modal will appear with a blue highlight surrounding the background of the image.
