Time and Material price Override

Sometimes when you are reviewing work tickets for snow services, you can identify work tickets you think more time was spent than is justifiable.   In these cases, Aspire allows you to override the calculated price for T&M work tickets with a specific price of the choice to be billed to the customer.  

This option is provided to you when you initiate the approval of T&M work tickets for completion from the Work Ticket screen.

After you select Approve from the Bulk Actions menu, Aspire displays a dialog allowing you to specify the amount that will be actually billed. In the example below, we have updated the price from $23 calculated by Aspire to $19.09 which was the amount on the original estimate.  

Once you click the Save icon on the Approve Work Ticket screen, the T&M override value will be updated on the Work Ticket screen as shown.
