Equipment Service Tags Search List Screen

For the management of equipment, Aspire enables you to define a list of service tags which are named services that can be performed on equipment – things like oil change, blade sharpening, etc. These are used to establish service schedules when they define equipment models on the Equipment Model screen or for crew leaders to request service on equipment assets from the Crew Mobile App.

Clicking an item in the search list displays the Equipment Service Tag screen to modify the selected service tag. Clicking the New Equipment Service Tag icon also displays the Equipment Service Tag screen to establish a new service tag.
