6.20.0 Sales management enhancements - Status cards

What's new?

Aspire sales management enhancements include expanded "next step" status options featuring navigable cards on the Opportunity screen, which simplify managing the opportunity lifecycle. The action cards use information from the opportunity stage, status, and job status to provide relevant actions.

Opportunity screen enhancements - Status cards

Aspire status cards reflect the relationship between opportunity status and job status. The action cards use information from the opportunity stage, status, and job status to provide relevant actions. Screen Element	Description
Status Card	Displays the current Opportunity status and corresponding actions. Based on this status, the Opportunity actions will differ. See the table below to view more information on status cards and available actions you can take from the card.

The table below describes the Opportunity status cards and available associated actions. For more information on actions, see the coordinating description from the table in the Opportunity Options Menu article.

Status	Description	Available actions
New	The Opportunity Stage is Pre-Bid.	Create Estimate
Estimating	The Opportunity Stage is Estimate, and the status is NOT pending approval or approved. Once the Estimate is complete, select an available action.	Complete, Print Proposal, Email Proposal
Proposed	The Opportunity Stage is Proposed as the Estimate was sent for review. Select an available action to move and mark the Opportunity to a new Status.	Won, Sign and Won, Reset, Lost
In Process	The description differs based on whether the opportunity is a contract or work order. Contract Opportunity: Status: In Process Description: “Check the Job Dashboard and Work Tickets for progress.” Work Order Opportunity: Status: In Process Description: “Check the Job Dashboard, Gantt Chart, and Work Tickets for progress.”	For Contract Opportunity: Renew Select Renew to initiate the renewal workflow. For Work Order Opportunity: No action buttons are present. The Job Dashboard, Gantt Chart, and Work Ticket tabs are accessible from the top menu.
Completed	If the Opportunity is Won and/or Job Status is complete. Displays the completion date.	Copy, Visit Notes
Lost	The Opportunity was lost.	Delete

Additional enhancements

The "Opportunity Tags" field optimizes processes across reports and lists and we’ve introduced it to several reports and lists across Aspire, including:

Expense Work Ticket Report
WIP Adjustments Report
Opportunity List for each property
Work Ticket List
Work in Progress Report
Invoice List
Schedule Board Work Ticket List

Additionally, the Properties Advanced Search list now includes an "In Process Opportunities" column, providing each property's count of in-process opportunities. These enhancements enable you to access important information quickly, highlight critical opportunity stages, and easily identify properties needing attention.
