Inova integration 

We've added the Property Integration Identifier as a new custom Cost Center Data Source within the Inova Settings and Export Options. For more information, see the Inova integration article. 

 

Opportunity status card updates

We’ve enhanced the status cards feature to support your internal workflows. The status cards now include custom pre-bid statuses and display names to better fit your processes. Additionally, the Delivered status card will only appear after an estimate has been completed, approved, and delivered to the customer, ensuring clarity in the internal review process. For more information, see the Opportunity status cards section in the Opportunity screen article.

New available fields

To improve your ability to customize and display layout information, we've added new fields to Work Ticket Layout:

• Equipment Cost Actual
• Equipment Cost Estimated
• Material Cost Actual
• Material Cost Estimated
• Other Cost Actual
• Other Cost Estimated
• Sub Cost Estimated
• Work Ticket Total Cost Estimated 

We've added the following optional fields to the Daily Plan report:

• Scheduled Equipment Name
• Scheduled Equipment Days

The Work in Progress (Work Orders) report now includes the following fields, which reflect adjustments made via the Construction WIP Adjustment:

• Job Status
• Projected Cost to Complete

New Audit Report Clock Time fields allow you to efficiently filter, sort, and group data. The optional time correction request columns have been grouped and sorted so that you can easily see all clock time correction requests. The specific fields added are below:

• Correction Requested
• Correction Status
• Correction Clock Start
• Correction Clock End
• Correction Employee Request Note
• Correction Manager Response Note
