💡Submittals

We’re excited to introduce a new Submittals module and Collaboration Portal to help manage and document important decisions and price changes. This feature offers role-based permissions for editing and viewing submittals. It allows Aspire users to track multiple submittals per opportunity, invite external contacts, and manage submittals with detailed data points. Collaboration Portal users can now view, manage, and take action on submittals, with all activities logged for accountability. Select Submittals overview to learn more!

💡Reverse and rebill invoices from closed month

Aspire's new Reverse and Rebill feature simplifies adjustments to Fixed Price Open Billing (FPOB) invoices after an accounting period closes. With proper permissions, you can now void and rebill invoices directly from the Invoices screen, allowing updates to the invoice amount while maintaining a clear audit trail. Reversed and rebilled invoices are easily identifiable with distinct markers, and the Web Report Designer includes a Rebilled Date field for improved tracking. If needed, you can delete Reverse and Rebill invoices to restore the original invoice, making it the only invoice available. For more information and a list of frequently asked questions, see the Reverse and rebill invoices guide.
