Custom Forms Search List Screen
Use this screen to view, manage and create new forms.

| Notable Information |

| Navigate to Custom Forms by going to Application and selecting Custom Forms. |
Previously, Custom Forms could be found under the Scheduling menu as Manage Forms. |
| Export to PDF can be accessed by first navigating to Print Screen from the More menu and then scrolling to Save as PDF from the Destination field and clicking Save |
| 1. Search for a custom form. |
| 2. Advanced Search functions (filter, display, sort, and group information) are now located on the same screen. |
| 3. Add a New custom form. |
| 4. The following options can be accessed under the More menu: Save As My Default, Reset Advanced Search, Print Screen, Export to Excel (Current View), Export to Excell (All View). |
Custom Form Details Screen
The Forms screen enables you to view or edit an existing form. You can also view information that is collected from crew leaders within a specific form. Any form that is already published will be in a read-only state. Read-only fields will be grayed out. Forms must be unpublished before they can be edited. When a form is published, other forms that are of the same type will be unpublished. To view forms with the most up-to-date responses, click on Create New Version in the More menu.
