Within Aspire, search lists provide a mechanism for displaying data about various types of information. They are often used to locate specific information at a given time and sometimes to create reports for reference. See the Creating Search Lists in Aspire article for additional information on creating and using search lists. This article enumerates all the search lists available within Aspire, describes the items in the search list, and provides instructions on where each list can be found.

Below is a list describing available search lists and instructions explaining where to go to find them. 

Attachment Type 

Represented Item: Attachment types established from Aspire Admin. 

Location in Aspire: Administration > Application > Lists > Attachment Type

Audit Time Entry 

Represent Item: audit records recording the creation or modification of a work ticket time allocations. 

Location in Aspire: Scheduling > Weekly Time Review > select a time entry > select Time Entry Audit

Auto Expense Report 

Represented Item: Aspire provides a feature that allows work tickets for subcontracted services to automatically generate expense items when the associated work ticket is completed. This report allows users to summarize or edit existing auto expenses or add new ones to existing opportunity services.

Back Orders 

Represent Item: Purchase receipts associated with the original purchase.

Location in Aspire: Purchasing > Purchase Receipts > select a purchase order containing a backorder > select three dots menu > View Back Orders 

Batch 

Represent Item: Purchase receipts associated with the original purchase.

Location in Aspire: Invoice icon in the Aspire Navigation Bar > Invoice Batches option > Click into batch

Branch 

Represented Item: Branches defined for the organization in Aspire Admin

Represented Item: Per property summarizes hours estimated, scheduled, and completed during a specified period defined for a KPI.

Represented Item: Work tickets represented by the selected number on the completed work tickets report.

Represented Item: This drill-down report supports the analysis of work in progress during a specified time. It is accessed from the Reports screen. The search list returns unique records by opportunity, invoice type, branch, and division, showing the breakdown of cost and revenue incurred across these categories over the specified time period.
