Bottom Screen Options

The following options are available for all tabs at the bottom of the screen.
Screen Element | Description | ||

Back icon | It takes the user back to the prior screen without saving any changes to the contact. | ||
Add Employee Incident | This icon is only available if the displayed contact is an employee or a subcontractor, and the user who is logged in has to Add Employee Incident permission. Choosing this option displays the Employee Incident screen allowing the user to add a new incident for the employee or subcontractor. | ||
Create Property from Contact | Clicking this icon initiates the creation of a property from the contact. The name for the newly created property will be formed by putting together the contact’s first and last name with the word “Residence” (i.e., Bob Smith’s Residence). The address will initially be set to the contact's address, and the contact will be the primary contact for the property. This icon will be available under the following conditions:

Create/Update User ico | This icon is used to create user accounts for employees using the Aspire system or subcontractors (sub) using the Crew Mobile App with a mobile device. The icon is only available for contacts of the type Employee or Sub. Crew members who are not crew leaders do not require a user account to clock in.

Save icon | Save any changes made to the information on any tab for the contact and takes the user back to the prior screen. |
