Equipment Models Search List Screen

Manage and define equipment model information from this screen.

Notable Information
Navigate to the Equipment Models Search List Screen by going to Equipment and selecting Models.
Previously, Equipment Models could be found under the Equipment menu as Manage Models.
Export to PDF can be accessed by first navigating to Print Screen from the More menu and then scrolling to Save as PDF from the Destination field and clicking Save.
1. Search for the existing name of an equipment model.
2. Advanced Search functions (filter, display, sort, and group information) are now located on the same screen.
3. Add a New equipment model name.
4. The following options can be accessed under the More menu: Save As My Default, Reset Advanced Search, Print Screen, Export to Excel (Current View), Export to Excell (All View).

Equipment Models Details Screen

The equipment model details screen enables you to provide class information for an equipment item. Click here for more information.

Notable Information
1. Activate or Deactivate an equipment class name.
2. Save modifications using the Save button at the top of the screen.
3. The option to Delete an existing equipment class is now located on the left side of the screen. If there is an equipment manufacturer name in use, it cannot be deleted and the option to do so will be grayed out.
4. Create a New Service Schedule.
