Optional Service Opportunity Screen

Optional services are reflected in the proposals dispensed by sales representatives and account managers to customers. These are additional services that can be provided by companies by the choice of the customer.

Notable Information
Navigate to the New Optional Service Opportunity screen by going to Estimating and selecting Optional Service Tool.
Previously, the New Optional Service tool could be found under the Estimating menu as New Optional Service Opportunity.
1. Save modifications using the Save button at the top of the screen. At a minimum, to save a new option service opportunity you will need to designate the Service and Start Date of that service.
2. The rich text editor for descriptive notes is now fixed to the screen. The following new elements have been added to the RTE:  (Clear text format) and  (Maximize and minimize your text. box)
