General Condition Templates Search List Screen

As a system administrator, if you have the Manage General Condition Templates permission, you can add and configure general condition templates that can be applied to work orders, so costs defined in the template can be applied to the estimate when the template is added to a work order. For example, a multi-day field service project template might include items like portable toilet fees; emptying, delivery, trailer rental, etc. These conditions cover hidden or easily forgotten charges that could impact profit margins.
The General Condition Template Search List screen is displayed by clicking the Manage General Condition Templates icon on the Administration screen. This screen displays the General Condition Templates that have been defined.
To create a new General Condition Template, you click on the Add General Condition Template icon. To view or edit and existing General Condition Template, you click on one of the templates on the list. Both these actions display the General Conditions Template screen.
