What’s New?

The Health Scorecard provides key performance data to help you better understand the overall condition of your company. Now integrated into the Aspire application, this report allows you to drill down into specific data points for more helpful information.

Key Features

• Automated Solution: This report is easily accessible directly in the Aspire application.

• Knowledge Playbooks: Access playbooks from the knowledge base that provide helpful information about data measurement and scoring for each report section. 

• Data Insights: Gather comprehensive information about each metric by clicking on your company data points.

  

Requirements

To access the Health Scorecard, make sure you have the following permissions activated under your user role:

• View Health Scorecard

• View Reports

Accessing the Health Scorecard

1. Navigate to Reports from the Main Menu.

2. Select Standard Reports from the menu at the top of the page.

3. Click Health Scorecard under the Executive section of the page.

Note: If you do not have the appropriate permissions, you will see the report listed but receive a 401 error when attempting to access it.

Report Overview

Traffic Light Scale

Quickly identify trends and performance shifts by observing the background color of a data point:

• Green: strong performance

• Yellow: warning – attention is needed

• Red: critical attention is required due to underperformance

Revenue Filter

• Use the Comparison One and Comparison Two sections at the top of the report to designate the revenue ranges you want to compare your company against. The available comparison options are as follows:

  • Total Average: The aggregate mean after compiling the information from the companies included in the data point; it is the industry standard.

  • Less than 1 million: Includes companies with less than one million dollars in total revenue.

  • 1 to 3 million: Includes companies with a total revenue between one and three million dollars.

  • 3 to 10 million: Includes companies with a total revenue between three and ten million dollars.

  • 10 to 30 million: Includes companies with a total revenue between ten and thirty million dollars.

• Select Set as Default to ensure your comparison selections appear the next time you open the report. 

Resource Links

• Selecting the Health Scorecard information link at the top of the page will display essential playbook guides from the knowledge base, helping you understand the data criteria used within the report.

• Choosing the advanced search redirect link on the right side of a data value in the column with your company information allows you to:

  • View an associated report page.

  •  Use advanced search options. 

  • Save a read-only Health Scorecard. All  saved lists  have names prefixed with HSC.

Using the Report

After generating the report, you can click PRINT in the upper right corner of the page to export it or print a hard copy in the exact format shown on your screen.   

Keep in Mind

• Your company data updates every Wednesday after 2:00 PM CT. If data fails to sync overnight, it will not refresh; therefore, you can see outdated information in your report.

• After clicking the redirect link next to one of your company data points, the drill-down advanced search lists always show live data from your system, which can differ from the values in the health scorecard.

•  Comparison data updates monthly.
