Notification Settings

Enable or disable customer notification types that will automatically send an email notification to clients who have elected to use the functionality whenever there is an event that transpires with a property at the system or branch level. Also, set the email address that will be used should a customer reply to a notification.

Notable Information
1. Save modifications using the Save button at the top of the screen.
2. Enable or Disable email notifications.
3. Enable or Disable SMS notifications.
4. Enter the email address that customers will see when a response is sent to an email notification.
5. The Auto-Generated Toll-Free Number is the number that recipients of the SMS notifications will see on their device.
6. Search for an existing notification.
7. Advanced Search functions (filter, display, sort, and group information) are now located on the same screen.
8. Enable or Disable Email Notifications for one or more notifications simultaneously using the Bulk Action option.
9. The following options can be accessed under the More menu: Save As My Default, Reset Advanced Search, Print Screen, Export to Excel (Current View), Export to Excell (All View).
Edit a branch notification by clicking on one of the listed notifications and the Edit Branch Notification modal will populate. Within the modal will be a Read-Only Branch Name field, the option to enable or disable a notification, and a Branch Reply To Email field. When Notifications are enabled, the Branch Reply To Email field can be modified and when it is disabled this field will become read-only.
