Notification Name | Assign a name to help you classify and identify the notification. Choose a naming convention that best suits the purpose of the notification.

Pay Schedule | Select a pay schedule to enable Overtime Threshold notifications. The notifications can be tied to multiple pay schedules. |
Recipient(s) | Designate which managers or employees will receive the absentee notification. You must select one or more of the following recipient types. Notifications can be sent to various stakeholders, including branch managers, route managers, and individual employees. |
Additional Recipient(s) | You can add a contact within the branch(es) to which you have access as an additional recipient. |
Overtime Threshold (Hours) | Use this field to set an hourly limit that triggers notifications when employees approach daily or weekly overtime thresholds. Set the threshold time in hours. Select Daily or Weekly to notify employees that they are approaching the threshold for overtime. |
Notification Type | Select Overtime Threshold. |
Trigger Type | Displays the specific condition that initiates the overtime alert, with options for Overtime Threshold Reached – Daily or Overtime Threshold Reached – Weekly. Notifications are triggered based on employee hours nearing daily or weekly overtime limits, with checks every 60 minutes to ensure timely alerts. |
Delivery Time | This is a read-only field. This field determines when your customers will receive the notification. Because this alert is time-sensitive, notifications are triggered immediately when the threshold is reached. |

Message Body (SMS) Email Subject/Header/Body (Email) | You can manually type out the message you want recipients to see or you can click on the search icon to choose from tokens.
Formulate a message faster when creating a notification template using the placeholder text in the message body of all SMS message templates. If you change the Notification Type without modifying the default placeholder text, the placeholder will automatically update to match the new notification type. However, if you've edited both the Notification Type and the placeholder text, your custom message will be preserved, and the message body will not adjust to the default text of the new Notification Type. |
