Schedule Board Day/Route Annotations

If crew members have clocked into a visit, but not clocked out indicating that there is active work in progress for the visit, Aspire displays a glow around the tile .

The Unaccepted Crew Mobile Time iconb in the lower left corner of the box indicates that crew members for that route have clocked into the Crew Mobile App for which time has not yet been accepted on the Time Entry screen.

The number in the lower right corner of the day/route shows the total number of hours scheduled for visits on that day.

Once time has been accepted for the day/route the Unaccepted Crew Mobile Time icon is replaced by the Accepted Crew Mobile Time iconc. Note that if a crew member is listed on two or more different routes, either as a crew leader or a crew member, the icon will show up on all routes for that day even if the crew member only has a visit on one of the routes.

Subcontractor Time on the Schedule Board

The Schedule Board provides a visual indicator of the status of subcontractor time entered from the Subcontractor Portal. Aspire displays the visual indicator when appropriate as one of the three icons identified in the prior section and shown below. The icon is displayed in the lower-left corner of a grid cell on the Schedule Board for the appropriate day and route. Only one of the three icons is displayed and icon selection priority is represented in the grid below. For example, if a specific route/day has some time that was denied but not resubmitted, and another time that was submitted by the subcontractor, then the Submitted  icon will be displayed since it has priority.

PriorityIndicator (in precedent order)Description
1Submitted Subcontractor Portal Time Entry This indicates that time has been submitted by the subcontractor from the time entry portal that has not yet been approved or denied by an Aspire user.
2Unsubmitted Subcontractor T&MIndicates that time or materials have been submitted by the subcontractor from the Subcontractor Portal and the time or materials have been denied by an Aspire user. The subcontractor has been notified.
3Accepted Subcontractor Portal Time EntryThis indicates that time has been submitted by the subcontractor from the time entry portal that has been approved by an Aspire user.
