Example: You create a new property with new contacts. That information will be available for use the next day after the overnight sync is completed.
Note: All contacts that have an email address can be used for marketing purposes in Marketing Pro.
How is customer data mapped between Marketing Pro and Aspire?

Email Marketing best practices
Email Marketing success relies heavily on email domain reputation. To make a great impression, start with smaller, targeted segment lists and gradually increase the volume over time. Internet Service Providers (ISPs) grade your email marketing, and they look for suspicious activities such as spikes in send volume. Aspire’s Marketing Pro can help with this!
If your email reputation isn't great, your emails may be filtered as junk or spam!
To maintain a good sender reputation, consider the following tips when you move to use Marketing Pro:
- Hyper-target segments of customers and send relevant emails to smaller audiences.
- Try using email marketing automation campaigns to engage with customers at the right time.
- It's also a good idea to start with segments of 500 contacts or smaller and send 2-3 emails, then double the contacts and send 2-3 more emails before doubling again.
